Sports law is a growing area of law with a number of specialist niche practices and some of the larger law firms having entire departments devoted to it. It is a relatively new area of law that takes principles from different classical areas such as contracts and negligence and also includes litigation.
Our Law and Football series of seminars take place around the UK near to the premier league stadiums (and a few of the Championship teams also). The format is to enjoy the seminar and then enjoy the match with your new colleagues.
If you only want to enjoy the seminar we charge a slightly lower price but please do not feel that the match won't be for you - you might be surprised! A copy of the handout of the seminar will be emailed to registrants a few days before the seminar.
We have various members of the profession giving the lectures and they will take you through the area initially on an introductory level but developing into some more advanced ideas. Each lecturer will have a slightly different focus.
